Hey, We all know the Tower is a cesspool of latency. And instead of "fixing" it - it's always had this problem - dedicate time to networking issues in PvP and allowing us to buy modules from Orbit. Because unless i need to talk to Drifter, Shaxx, etc, i don't need to be in the Tower. There's also the Helm... Cheers, Monk
