Hello. I have been having this problem for months now and I believe it all stems from having accepted too many Twitch Prime rewards consecutively without launching the game in-between (I had taken a few years break from the game but still accepted the Twitch Prime rewards) and that the game is having trouble displaying too many items on one page. In the Imgur album linked, you can clearly see Amanda having no items for pickup in-game, while having many items listed on the Destiny Item Manager website. Both pictures were take today. Something of note is that the framerate dips to 45 while in her inventory whereas I get 150+ everywhere else. When I try to contact the Bungie support, they say the agents are not equipped to help me. Contacting Amazon/Twitch Prime support yields no results either, as they just point you back in Bungie's direction. What can be done about this? I have seen many help forum posts regarding this topic go unanswered. Does Bungie look at this forum? Any help would be appreciated on this matter, especially if you can help me get in touch with someone that can do something.
