Anyone else being forced to re-download required data? (PS4)

I had a software update to the ps4 (I think version 10.0, or something like that) yesterday, then had three different downloads for Destiny right after. It acted like I had to download Destiny 2 all over again.

I'm having the safe issue here.. can't log in, cant play destiny 2.. guess we can kiss off playing Iron BANNER this week. And I have still yet to here back from Bungie on this problem..
