I'm having the exact same issue I tried to delete and reinstall and rebuild the data base on 2 separate occasions now I'm glad I'm not the only one I was going crazy because I couldn't figure out why this was happening

Yeah. Some are saying getting a full refund corrects it. But some, like Me. Don't want to. Or don't have the option. Also. I don't think we should have to. It's not a big ask that the thing you paid for works. And not break things.
