I was buying all of the solar grenades that I had not yet unlocked, and after I did so, I went to meditate as per usual. This time, however, I went into my menu while meditation to watch as I claimed the grenades. This seemed to glitch the claiming function, as I did not get those notifications that I had gotten the grenades, and when I checked, I in fact had not gotten them, though I had bought them and meditated. I check Ikora, and it confirmed that I had bought it, but I could no longer meditate to try again. To try and fix this, I bought a fragment, and when I meditated again, I didn't get anything at all, fragments or grenades. I even tried with a different subclass. Is this a common issue or is there a way to fix this?
