I'd say 4-6 is where most of the common break points are. But I think you might want to start being around 6+ with some of the buffs coming.

Wow only 6?! That seems like a really small amount...that's not even tier one right? Just to be sure I understand you right, you are saying this number in the photo only needs to be 6? ^^^ (Not my character btw just a random image off Google)

Tier 6, that's where a lot of common break points are. Although nowadays, and seeing some of the buffs coming, I'd probably stretch it to tier 8 or 9, but that's kinda personal preference. Bare minimum I'd go is probably 4.
