I know a lot of people who are new/returning have mentioned this. Essentially, when you get to the end of the "Riding the Storm" quest to unlock the Arc subclass for Hunter, the last objective is to speak to Ikora Rey. When you speak with her, all that shows up is the menu to buy ability perks for only the Solar and Void subclass. You know, not the normal quest turn-in with text and items to claim. Relogging doesn't work, abandoning the quest loses it entirely and if you log out enough (normal day to day finished playing), it will disappear. Does anyone know if a Bungie Dev or someone has confirmed their aware of it here in the forums? I'm returning and I'm really enjoying the game. I feel like being unable to access an entire subclass to a character is game breaking and should be fixed immediately. I saw posts dating back to early May and it's not fixed? I'd at least like to know if they are even aware of it.
