I gained all the lore from Preservation mission but from raid puzzle, I only got 3. I've tried in many ways and can't get it: 4 people one after the other activate the symbols, 4 people activate symbols at the same time, solo activate all symbols. Nothing works. in my opinion this puzzle is broken. I know perfectly well what action each symbol means. I heard that the problem is common, is there any way to solve it?
