Birthplace of the Vile - drop FPS

In this strike, a significant drop in FPS is noticed, especially when you enter the city and descend over the bridge. At least 20 frames are lost, and my partner with a weaker computer has constant crashes from this strike due to the low frame rate.

Is there any way on how to fix it? I get passed the bridge then instantly get kicked
