Hello! This is a problem I've had since the beginning of this reset. I completed my first Altar of Reflection for the week, and got two Mnemosyne lore pages for my efforts. I decided I would unlock and read them once I had finished my second Altar and acquired my pinnacle for doing so. However, when I did so, the pages disappeared from my lore tab and were grey'd out as though I had never received them. This problem has persisted to today, when I completed the Altar that was just revealed, and completed the triumph for doing all Altars of Reflections. When I unlocked the triumph, I did not receive the Mnemosyne lore page(s) that are the reward for doing so, without them appearing in my lore tab in the first place. This has not been an issue with other lore books, as I have largely filled the Shattered Suns book from the Preservation mission without any issue. I'm a big lore fan and would love to fill the whole Mnemosyne book out for myself, so any help would be appreciated!! Thanks
