I have completed the Altar of Reflection: Insight 3 times now; watched the memory all the way through (which seems to play differently each time), waited for the session timer to expire, received quest rewards but the quest does not progress and the marker remains on the map. I tried revisiting the Evidence Board and was able to grab "Report: Scorn-Order" (I am unsure if these are even related) but Altar of Reflection: Insight still remains on the map. Also: I've seen this issue posted on Reddit as well. Some are able to complete it the first time while others have run it 6+ times and still unable to progress.
