Bungie we need support on missing twitch prime loot.
For some reason 2 months ago I started having issues with receiving my twitch prime loot and haven't received anything for the past 3 drops now. I've done everything to try and get my loot. I've unlinked every account and relinked it. I have the correct accounts linked. I've contacted amazon on this matter too and they've tried to contact bungie but haven't heard anything back from yourselves either. All my twitch prime link says is revoked for some reason and I've seen this is a issue with a lot of people in the community.

1 ReplyRevoked means you have unlinked it and need to be re-linked. Unlinking and relinking means you may lose those rewards as they will now be in limbo in the ether somewhere and unretrievable. Every month I see these posts and every month I test them out and it is always fine. I do the following steps each and every time with no issues for the past 12 months. Make sure you have Amazon Prime only one person can claim so if you share make sure it has not already been claimed. Make sure you have a Twitch Account. Sign into Prime Gaming. Find Destiny 2 loot drop click claim. Go to Bungie.net and log in Go to Amanda Holliday. The rewards will go to whichever platform you have set as your primary.
