Unfortunately, the Bungie Help forums are not the place for assistance regarding purchases from the Bungie Store. I see you've already contacted them regarding your Raid Ring purchase, and will have to wait for a response from them.

According to this policy: https://imgur.com/pzQOFzC found here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721172 this is the place to put my complaints if the previous troubleshooting methods haven't resolved my issue. I've been waiting for contact or a response to my questions for months now so I believe this situation deems this post necessary. If I've got the wrong idea about whether or not the raid ring/jacket counts as a "Bungie Reward" or falls under the same category as the Bungie Store as described there please let me know!
