So it seems that even though I have destiny 2 beyond light, to continue the quest Legacy: path of the splicer I have to start the activity Override: tangled shore. I'm unable to start this quest with season of the splicer which brings me to the destiny 2 deluxe edition upgrade package. (The picture unfortunately doesn't have the "requires season of the splicer tag" I tried screenshotting and pasting but it didn't work) This normally wouldn't be a problem but when I go to check out through steam it notifies me that I already have the item "destiny 2 beyond light". Do I have to buy the Expansion twice to complete legacy content? or is there some sort of misunderstanding. I would rather not buy it twice if someone could clarify or maybe look into the issue it would be greatly appreciated. tyty <3

Edited by Chill: 1/28/2022 5:19:41 AMHey, Season of the Splicer is legacy season as it is not the current season, the only package that came with access to all seasons was Beyond Light Deluxe edition. Therefore as of writing this the only way to access all of Beyond Lights Seasons (Season of the Hunt/Chosen/Splicer/Lost) is to own the Deluxe Edition. The base version of Beyond light did not come with access to all the seasons, it just came with access to the Beyond Light expansion itself e.g. Campaign, exotics.
