I've not received my twitch prime loot for the past 2 months now. Before I have been able to claim them with no issue at all. I've changed nothing with my accounts and unfortunately bungie have no support for this issue and I've made multiple posts on the forum. I've also contact amazon about this matter and they tell me that I need to contact bungie as its nothing to do on their side of things. If anyone can get bungie to try and sort this matter out. Also to add ive unlinked all accounts and relinked them all and nothing has changed. I've seen a lot of people are having this issue.
