the trophy says "Complete a Triumph Seal"
Vidmaster IS a triumph seal and its completed.

Specifically the seal has to be one added in Forsaken. I don't know why, that's just how it is. I remember completing the Splicer seal and the achievement not counting, then I completed the Dredgen seal and I got the achievement.
