I am unable to retrieve my Prime Gaming loot for this month. I have already tried resetting like the FAQ advises but still nothing. My partner rewards also don't mention anything about this month's Prime Gaming Reward Offer, yet Amanda's icon in the Hangar keeps flashing. Any help? Many of my friends have the same issue.
