Could it be possible to enable different display numbers for both likes and dislikes on post of Bungie.net?

I really don't get why the vote system is so outdated in displaying the likes of posts. Most posts I see have either massive amounts of likes or 0 displayed for negative values aka more dislikes than likes. Would it be so much of a problem to display both numbers so at least there is visible how many people like/agree with a post? Displaying only full likes or 0 is, from my overall forum experience in all forums (both for games and reddit) a source for toxic behavior. To elaborate more on that logic... The origin lies in the human psychology. Humans need, if they express themself, Feedback of how their views are valued. In general discussions from face to face this is expressed via voice tone and body language in addition with the words. Online, there are often vote-systems in use for that. But also often those vote system discourage constructive discussions because they actively display only the amount of overall votes (likes subtracted with dislikes). But what all the platforms fail to see when using this display format, is, that it makes both the OP and the commenters drift away at some point because they feel their opinion not much valued. Problem is, to this day I can only name Youtube, Square Enix and Blizzards forums for more positive display than negative. All of them have something in common. They either don't display dislikes OR removed the option to dislike itself. While removing or hiding dislikes would not serve much purpose here on the Bungie forums, I think if both numbers of likes and dislikes would be displayed, it would give a better overview of what is actually a good topic and what not, alongside with making the posters/commenters feel less of an outsider with their individual opinions. As someone that did post often here in the past and sometimes in recent times, I always felt like the 0 just prevents posts from being seen or looked at, because players on the forums quickly assume the person is talking BS or something. If players could see both votes, they would probably be more encouraged in discussing politely with each other, instead of jumping at each others throat like some Velociraptor Hunters from Festival of the Lost... Edit: As you can see, the first person downvoted. I think now less players are interested in reading this. [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate. • I agree this would make posts more appealing to read. As for your downvote, there is a troll on the help forums specifically that goes around literally downvoting every thread they can. It serves no purpose, but here we are.
