Cryosthesia 77K Catalyst

Hi! So we all know about the change to Cryosthesia where it will no longer spend the entire magazine after a charged shot is fired. This is a great change which will make the gun more usable, however, it will render the catalyst (which refills the magazine after shattering a frozen target) as quite underwhelming for the effort required to unlock the catalyst, and I believe a change should be made regarding the benefit it gives, as it could be so much better. I'm going to get right to the point: I think that Cryosthesia's catalyst should be changed from what it is now, to give the perk "Timed Payload". The benefits this would provide in PVP would be that is has a slightly farther damage falloff distance and effective range, making it easier to use at longer ranges. And as much of a controversial mechanic flinch is, Timed Payload would allow Cryosthesia to deal more flinch than it does to be more in-line with other weapons. In PVE, this would also be quite useful as well. I'm not exactly sure of the numbers on how much of a damage increase Explosive Payload and Timed Payload give, but I've heard that it is around 10% (don't quote me on it), depending on whether a body shot or crit is hit. So just generally pretty useful, and could make it good for champion stuns as well. Timed Payload would also make Cryosthesia 77K unique as a weapon. It would be the only sidearm in the game that could get Timed Payload, which may make it more desirable. Now, I would just like to note that I am no expert on the implications that Timed Payload may have on the charged shot AOE, and it did cross my mind that when firing the charged shot with Timed Payload, it may result in two AOEs being fired. But as I said, I am no expert. There is my thoughts on making changes to the catalyst on Cryosthesia 77K, which will give players an incentive to go and get the catalyst. If you've read through my entire spiel, let me know your thoughts. I'm always willing to learn more. Thanks!
