This forum is unable to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. There is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. The contact form is Here Please note that there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.
Bungie issues the following Suspensions are 30-60 mins This is for leaving matches Restrictions are 2 weeks - 2 months and the 2 months are repeatable. This is for an unstable connection. Ban is permanent which means forever and will not be removed. This is for cheating which includes any of the following Having cheat programs for a game open also includes trainers. Macros trying to avoid AFK detection. Programming tools that inject code. Any form of network accelerator for manipulating a network. Win trading, ghost lobbies, and account recoveries this is just some of the more common.

    • Man you are wasting your time, they don't care about us. We are getting banned because of multiple 0.50 k/d players reporting us, they don't even check.

      • The reasons that can cause a restriction can be found here: Why was I Restricted? Restrictions for Connections: 1st 2 weeks Each additional 2 months If you believe the restriction was placed in error, feel free to submit an appeal on this Page. Please read all the info on the page before submitting the form at the bottom. Here are some suggestions that may help with connection issues:

1. Use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi 2. Quit any program or turn off other devices that are streaming 3. Clear your console cache or, if on PC, verify the integrity of your game files. 4. Power cycle your internet router 5. Improve your latency and packet loss 6. Follow the Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. If issues persist, try the Advanced Steps Networking Guide for possible router solutions, such as enabling UPnP or changing your NAT type. 7. Enable IPV6 on your router to see if that helps
