Hey there. As this a Riis-Reborn Scanner week, the Scanner can only destroy drones in Riis-Reborn Approach, Technocrat's Iron, or Kell's Rising. You have already destroyed the drones in Riis-Reborn Approach, which is why they do not appear. So look into one of the two latter locations to find the other drones you can identify this week with 'Scanner (Riis-Reborn)'. All drones are visible at all times until correctly destroyed, which is why you can see them in Bray Exoscience. To destroy those (and the ones in Eternity, and Creation) you need to wait for the Eclipsed Zone to move to Cadmus Ridge, to give the Scanner (Bray Sectors). Similarly when the Eclipsed Zone is in Asterion Abyss, you can pick up Scanner (Vex Sectors) and destroy drones in The Nexus and Well of Infinitude.
