Without any scavenger mods, an Ammo Finder brick will give Bastion 1 additional shot as normal. With a regular Fusion Rifle Scavenger mod, it's 2. But with the Fusion Scavenger seasonal mod, it is giving 4 to 5 shots. This works in the Crucible as well. This could be an issue in matches. This might be affecting Arbalest as well, but I haven't checked.
