I'm in a similar situation - jacket pocket button broke on brand new jacket. Submitted support ticket in July with no response and no other way to contact them.
At this point all we can do is warn people not to buy from them.

Let me know if you want to sell the emblem code you should’ve got for ordering it. It’s called “spoils of Ishtar”. Willing to pay cash or trade other more rare emblem codes.

Incorrect, that was not the emblem, nor does it help me contact Bungie Store support who still haven't contacted me.
