Dear Bungie - Sleeper Simulant is currently useless. I propose a change. Sleeper Simulant currently does not create Warmind Cells on kills, even though it is an Ikelos weapon that should create Warmind Cells. Sleeper Simulant also has significantly lower DPS numbers than most other heavy exotic weapons. My proposed change, with Warmind Cell mods equipped, a Major Kill or Mini Boss kill with Sleeper Simulant generates an XL Warmind Cell that has increased power over a standard Cell. This increases the use of an exotic, and offers a unique perk to this specific exotic, which is what we want with exotics. P.S. Can we get an emote of our guardians dunking a teabag in a cup?
