I know this is an old post, but I also have the same problem...
Had this quest for a while, I have Arc at 100, just got solar to 100 last week, but then void remains on 0 no matter what.
Can anyone confirm this quest has a newer version?
And if I abandon it, can it still be found somewhere in the game?

Same here I have both solar and void maxed out (100%) but when I switch to arc it doesn’t even register a single arc kill, all remains at 0%

Same here. Can't figure it out for the life of me. Arc and solar complete, void stuck at zero. Maybe we can weed out the issue based on what were both doing. Do you have the quest on two separate characters?
