Harbinger Mission: "Survive" problem
Can the Taken Vandals (sniper) not spawn endlessly while the Taken/Champion Cabals are still presented (not killed yet)???

No you have to kill the 2 arc captains. Kill 1 thats when the lower snipers appear. If you get on the platform on the left column when you enter you have protection from all snipers while you pick them off.
