They seem to have broken a number of things. I used to go open the Secret Bridge Chest with all 3 characters, but for the first 3 weeks every time I stepped on the bridge to the Wish Wall, the game crashed and tossed me to orbit. It appears to be fixed in the latest release, not sure which release - but super annoying. And in The Prophecy Dungeon, the number and frequency that those mofo Thralls spawning in is absolutely insane now.
