Graviton Lance kick is sporadic, sometimes nonexistent
This is reproducible by hitting an enemy. Note how the 2nd shot doesn't have kick sometimes.
At first, I thought this was a side effect of the chest artifact mod "unflinching pulse rifle aim", so I took it off, still getting the same results.
The randomness of this makes the gun very difficult to use for precision shots.
