Exotic cipher missing from Xur
I completed the xenology quest and returned to Xur , I got the cipher today for the xenology quest I had acquired last week , I dont have any access to the xenology quest this week !!My understanding being that Xur gives one every week if completed!! Attached a youtube link by another person facing the same issue !!
