Let me just give you guys an example of what I had in mind:
Titan:
1. Reduce damage received by 10% from combatants within 13m of the user.
2. Base melee damage +10% and recover 10% melee energy when shields are broken.
3. When fatal damage would be received, survive for an additional 3 seconds and increase melee and gun damage by an additional 30%, then die.
Hunter:
1. Chance to evade damage +10%.
2. Damage dealt to debuffed combatants +10% and double evade chance when user is debuffed, lasts for 3 seconds (debuffed includes blinded, burning, chilled, etc).
3. Increase precision damage multiplier with all sources by +0.2x.
Warlock:
1. Grenade effects improved (1 more bolt attack, 3 additional explosives in scatter grenade, DoT grenade duration increased by 1 second, fusion grenade tracking improved).
2. Rift duration and effects increased by +10%.
3. All ability energy recovered by user is also given to the nearest ally at -50% value (crappy wording, but basically if you recover 20% grenade energy with devour, they get 10%).
This is just a basic foundation for what could be done but you get the idea.
I think adding class specific stats like every season or expansion could give us a greater feeling of progressing power.
Maybe have us earn it by completing the main seasons content and it starts out weaker but increases as you progress.
Like instead of 10%, its 2% and builds up per mission.
Could be earned like aspects, but for our class itself.
