Hey there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If you have sent an appeal already, that is all you are able to do at this point.

None of this really helps with my situation. I've already read these and submitted my appeal. I was hoping for some "This happened to me too" replies, hoping others had more positive things to say.

i'm sorry to hear that bro.. i'm in the same situation and after 40 day's try many ways to contact Bungie. just ban appeal suggested every time. this is all they offer. everyday i read forum and many others peoples have this problem. at the end thanks god you can make new account. unfortunately i can't create account at all cause of sanctions and government blocking. and i'm completely disappointed. added credits to my account to buy Beyond Light and now i can't use it anymore. hope they overturn this kind of restrictions and ban with accidently happen because of incompatibles files and software.
