Mysterious Waypoint Mindlab : Rasputin
Has anyone encountered this? I was exploring Mars cleaning up triumphs before the location is put in the DCV and I have ran across this waypoint that leads to a terminal in a room. I don't remember this being here before, and I don't see any quests or missions leading me here. I've finished the campaign ages ago so I'm not sure why it is pointing me here.
There is no icon to activate the terminal or use it in any way, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do if anything.
Thoughts?

My theory is that it is the next step to create the upcoming new weapon of Rasputin, concierge AI says in a terminal that 150+ weapon prototypes are still in progress I believe this new weapon could be "Hades Flame" or new aurora weapon? But surely it is related to THE arrival, let's remember that Rasputin shut down in the beginning of the season of arrivals. Is nothing but intriguing. Regardless i dont think it has anything to do with traveler's chosen, seems odd since traveler's chosen is not an IKELOS / Seraph weapon, and its more fallen-like in nature. It could just be the fact that guardians are going to need comms stuff in Europe and it's just the way to "prepare" for that. Also, I belive there's no Warmind warsats in Europe. Who knows... Another interesting thing is the outpost of Ana Bray in the Rasputin Chamber, in the beginning of the season it looked like the darkness grabbed her or something, just after Rasputin shut down, and inside Rasputin Chamber you can find her rifle (the Polaris Lance one) just laying around. And also some weird terminals.
