Edit: This bug has been fixed (for me at least) as of the most recent update! Thank you! Nodes have completely vanished off of the Mars map for me, including the Dynamo Arch one required for the Nascent Dawn 1/5 mission. I am already aware that this bug is a known issue and related between these two quests, but that is not an acceptable answer, so please don't post it. I have already tried removing all variations of these quests and the related items, but I cannot get it to resolve, and want to complete it with this character, not go do it with another character. Devs, please resolve this issue before content vaulting or give us a way to reset it so that we don't have to miss out on it or wait all the way to September to be able to complete it (especially for a bug that it looks like people have been telling you about for months or maybe even a couple years?).
