You have to clear all the enemies on the map at various levels when you first see the location you're in as "Mindlab: Rasputin" to unlock the door. You transition to that area where you see a warsat sitting at the end of a tunnel. Every enemy you see from that point forward needs to be cleared for the door to unlock.
My guess is you skipped past the enemies in the first two levels going to the final room.
Here is a video I literally just recorded a few minutes ago of doing what you're trying to do and the door opening. Every single enemy you see me kill in this video you need to kill as well. I would at least watch the first minute of my video as my guess is those are the enemies you skipped past causing the door to not unlock.

This is my third attempt at opening the door. I made sure to kill all the enemies, the door turns blue, I interact with it, but it does not open added my run just now

Did you ever finish the Warmind campaign on the character you're using in this video? That is the only thing I'm aware of that would result in the behavior I'm seeing in your linked video.
