I know this sounds insane but hear me out... Would you rather play the same raid 3 times a week on 3 characters to possibly get nothing? Or have a endless farm that doesn't involve switching to characters you may not even play. I love this game but after a while I've come to understand that not a lot of people are willing to cooperate with each other on this game. That paired with the drop rate with some of these weapons really is a turn of for many when it comes to playing raids. And that should never be the case this game is amazing and everyone should be able to enjoy every aspect of it and hard work should be rewarded. And a reward should not be chosen by RNG but by the amount of work players put into an activity. I have not completed a raid 40 to 60 times and never got the exotic drop but apparently a lot of people have. And that definitely is a spirit breaker hearing that. So I came up with the idea that farming these weapons not weekly, but whenever you feel like it without a weekly limit. The only weekly reward is the pinnacle gear that the raid drops, but after you attained that you will get nothing each completion. However, you will always have a chance to get the exclusive exotic drop in that raid. I believe this idea will inspire people to help players more often in raids and there's always a reason to play them. Because there's always someone learning or are new to the game but barely anyone is really willing to help them. And most of the time, old players already used up they're 3 weekly attempts or they have everything in that raid.
And here's another crazy idea I just thought of if you help people get the exotics it gives you a lot of XP and Increases the chances of you getting the exotic by 1%. but this resets whenever you get the exotic yourself.
🤷♀️ I don't know, what do you folks think? I came up with this idea and I thought it was nice.

Bungie moved on from Destiny in August 2017 and there will be no future changes to the game. If you are talking about D2 then you posted on the wrong forum page.
