Valor rank reset issue
I am also suffering from Beaver disconnects in Crucible, Strikes, etc.

Back once out of that screen so that you're just looking at the Crucible Director, then hover over any of the Valor playlists. As for the BEAVER error, that's a known issue Bungie is investigating.
