Cross Save issue:

Recently, I linked a very old XBOX account to my Bungie.net account (I no longer own an XBOX, and never did I play Destiny 2 on one; however, I did play the first Destiny on it.). I'm in a small clan with two of my friends. The clan information shows on their emblems in-game (PC), but nothing appears on mine. In the activity summary screens, the same thing occurs: they have the clan tag, whereas I do not. In the clan menu, it says I am unaffiliated. However, on Bungie.net, I am able to go to the clan page; it even says I'm the founder. However, in the member list, beneath my name is said beside STEAM: "INACTIVE CHARACTERS." Upon inspection of my Cross Save setup, I have three things linked: my Steam, Playstation, and XBOX accounts. Because I initially played D2 on PS4, it says my three Guardians belong there—which is understandable. On PC (where I always play D2 now), it says, "This Steam account does not have any active characters." I think this issue has to do with XBOX being the most recent link—and without any D2 data—but whenever I go to deactivate and authenticate it, there is nothing else to do afterwards. I cannot unlink my Playstation account because I have recently purchased Silver via Steam (I would have to wait 74d at the time of typing this before I can unlink). Below are clips showing my issue (had to split them up to hide my email). 1/2: https://streamable.com/kkllj 2/2: https://streamable.com/yk0at Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? I would like to deactivate Cross Save on my XBOX account, as I believe that would solve my problem. If there is anything I can do that would work better, please let me know. Thank you.

 • Your clan page says "Steam: inactive characters" due to your Steam characters being a part of the clan but having your PlayStation account set as Active. And because your PlayStation characters themselves don't belong to the clan, that's why you're not seeing any clan affiliation on your side. You just need to join the clan with your Active Account.
