If things continue as they currently are for ritual weapons and seasonal mods, I feel that adding unstoppable, barrier, or disruption rounds onto the season's ritual weapons would actually give them a reason to exist and see use. As it is, I, and every member of my clan that I've interacted with this season aren't using the ritual weapons we all farmed because they just don't stand out. Giving them the ability to have a seasonal mod inherently AND the ability to have a non-seasonal mod of your choice tacked on would make even my least favorite ritual weapon something to consider bringing along for current content.
