I think Destiny 2 should allow Crossplay via pc -> xbox one -> ps4. Not in matchmaking but like if a person from ps4 or xbox one wants to play with there pc friend they can join the fireteam and play that way. I feel as though that would be a big improvement for Destiny 2. My friend has a ps4 and I have a pc, but neither of us have the opposing platform so we cant play together. Im not asking for Bungie to add crossplay in matchmaking, but to add it where xbox, ps4, and pc can join each others fire team.
