D2 happend to start.. drove many hobby gamers and hardcore players away. Then in an attempt to bring them back they started to up the grind.. pissing off the casual players and not really bringing anyone back to the game.. They make changes hoping they will wor. Instead of asking the actual players, they ask streamers who are invested in their own glory and ability to make money and not on the product of the game. We not have armour 2.0 which could have been so good but, was over cooked and kind of a mess right now.. IB.. no new loot and third time chasing the same armour.. yeah thats exciting.. Matchmaking is a gong show.. its either slaughter or be slaughtered.. rarely is there a decent match.. I remember when bungie changed the engine to make changes easier.. yet.. we don't actually see quicker changes to the sandbox when things get wonky.. There was to be a bow for this season in IB.. but, nooooo something wasn't right with it.. so it will not be out until season 10. I love destiny but, its like watching a young athlete with potential to revolutionize the sport they play.. could be so amazing yet.. just doesn't every quite live up to the expectation nor do anything with the potential they have. WTF happend to us playing how we want? respecting our time etc.. does bungie think respecting our time means grinding for the exact same armour 3 times? or how about busting ass for pinnacle rewards that have no bearing on the game play power level? They want us to have a super grindy game with little to no rewards worth that investment in time, skill, effort etc. I won't stop playing, and most of you wont either because the gunplay is so good, the artistry, sounds etc are amazing but, dammit.. what they do within this world drives us crazy sometimes.
