What do you think is the biggest problem affecting the quality of the game right now and why? Please be respectful of others and their opinions. Might as well not waste your time with responses just calling Bungie a -blam!-. Feel free to comment other problems you think the game has (big picture things, not nit-picking) and also suggestions to fix these problems. See Spoiler for my opinion [spoiler]Right now, I would really like to see armor 2.0 addressed. Masterworking is very expensive, especially considering the lifespan of seasonal armor (a related problem IMO). I’d also support making all armor ornamental. Lastly, having minimum caps for stats that armor can drop at for certain activities (to ensure you don’t get 50s from endgame content) would be nice. (Xur should also sell higher rolled armor).[/spoiler]

  • PvE is redundant and boring, doesn’t reward you with something worth the effort put in - I enjoy PvP but it doesn’t reward you at all for playing, which could be an issue with armor 2.0, mods, and the cost to MW, eververse, crucible having 0 rewards for playing (which is more of an issue than SBMM or balance personally - and don’t even bring up iron banner because I don’t consider that garbage crucible). It could be recycled content, or the checklists they are using as artificial filler (bounties and quests), or probably a mix of all of it. My list of issues I’d like to see fixed from top to bottom: 1: remove elemental affinity 2: powerful gear drops have a 15% chance at dropping with 60+ base stats 3: legendary gear drops have a 5% chance at dropping 60+ base stat 4: throw together some damn missions instead of this go here and get 100 scout rifle kills, or go there and kill 100 vex - would it kill you to release a new strike or 2?! It can’t be that hard to program a strike, you have a pool of baddies and you have tons of environments laying around not being used all over like 9 locations, all you have to do is add spawn points, baddies, and a boss. It doesn’t have to be mechanic heavy. Bring some strikes back from D1 if you’re feeling lazy, but c’mon 5: strike specific loot added to strikes! Do a key system like D1 or something but get that crap out of NF only BS 6: upgrade mats have a chance to drop from OTHER ACTIVITIES! Shouldn’t have to grind nightfalls, I miss the days of doing them once per week per character for something worth while 7: bring back trials or add crucible rewards! Weekly pinnacle reward or 2, new seasonal weapons to chase, add the trials of the 9 weapons and armor with random rolls to the loot pool, just do something!
