Infusion bug

Infusion seems to be broken. Same boots on hunter, not from the season pass but requires module instead of glimmer to upgrade.

  • It's because one came from the season pass and one didn't. It has nothing to do with elemental affinity or anything. Bungie just straight up tagged the season pass armors as being different.

  • If the elemental affinity is different it costs upgrade modules

    • Probably the element affinity. I ran into this a lot last season as well, so that’s my only thought on why at this point.

    • If you received the Righteous Strides from different sources (pulled from the Season Pass versus scrounged from Strikes/Crucible/Gambit), then they're considered different items because only copies pulled from the Season Pass benefit from the bonuses that grant additional Energy capacity. This was the case last season with the Substitutional Alloy sets, and it still seems like they really should have given some kind of visual distinction between the different versions.
