I have the exact problem and the Battle.net account cannot be linked or unlinked to the new steam account. Bungie created this problem and they should fix it. I've been trying to talk with them, i've open a similar topic, sent them tweets. Does anybody knows how we can escalate this to someone who can actually do something about it?
