From Battle.Net to Steam, got everything but Forsaken...
I did the manual migration and I have everything except the Forsaken DLC. My Silver did migrate so I can't unlink.

I have a similar problem, migrated from Bnet, bought the expansion on Steam and can't play Forsaken, my characters are all at 750 light and the only quest I get is Shadowkeep, which I haven't bought yet...

yeah i got that same problem and Bungie dont answer me... Battle.net to Steam migration... PC....

If not then you have to re buy it on Steam if you want access to the Forsaken stuff. Edit: Nevermind. Watched the full video and saw that you had the Forsaken licence. Hopefully Bungie can help you out.
