@BNGHelp4 how is going fixing the problem ? Any tips about how to get back our stuff? its just bad that i cant play shadowkeep after buing it :/ hope u will fix it soon.

When there is something to update, they will announce it via the channels mentioned. I am just trying to save you time, as they will not keep replying to requests for updates.
