(Day 4) PC move still broken after latest "fix".

Like all of the other people here having the problem i've linked, unlinked, cleared cache, performed ritual sacrifices etc. (don't judge me) and my information is [i]still [/i]intact and correct here on Bungie.net in my profile and account settings, but... when I start (i mean retry for the 900th time) the process over I'm greeted with that correct information: my (3) 750 guardians, all my content licenses and my silver and it all looks fine [i]until [/i]you hit continue/transfer buttons then, POOF, everything has vanished and i'm left only seeing the licenses for base D2/Osiris/Warmind. Can we please get some more detailed information on what is being done to fix the issue and when we can expect a fix.   • I'm a hairs breath from just getting a steam refund for Shadowkeep and just writing Destiny off forever. Day 4 of not being able to play while all my friends are now raid ready and I won't be able to join them. I've sunk way too many hours into Destiny 2 to just start over, and I refuse to start a new steam account to simply play, as it seems like that would resolve my issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. My PC account was migrated weeks ago only to find out that the process didn't take, and now my "New Destiny Account" steam profile has basic licenses that the PC move is refusing to overwrite. Moreover, you don't have a support ticket system to file case by case issues, only these forums. What modern gaming company doesn't have a support ticket system to help resolve not widespread but gamebreaking issues. We're running thin on patience here Bungie, we've tried to be helpful, posting relevant issues, screenshots and what we've done to try and troubleshoot it in hopes it would help you guys figure out the root cause. But your communication on this issue has been relegated to "We're looking into it". While you may not have answers for us, that just feels terrible when we've given you/steam our hard earned money expecting an product/experience. Please help us, and if you can't, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
