You know you can just jump up and land on one of the 4 Pillars in the middle of the room (after the boss spawns in) and the boss just stands there and let’s you kill him don’t you? It’s the easiest boss fight in the game.

I never said I couldn’t beat it any other way. To me it’s just more fun that way. Just like when you use to be able to kill Valus from the roof outside the map with a sniper with armor piercing rounds. You’d just switch to Icebreaker, regen your sniper ammo, switch back to LDR 5001, and keep shooting him in the head until he’s dead. Same thing on the strike with the big Servitor. You could jump in the room up the stairs on the left side and shoot the boss using the same sniper technique. That was just fun to me. Bungie patched the armor piercing rounds though, so those two don’t work anymore.

Omnigul could be cheesed from the roof also, not solo though. If you knew how to sparrow breach a wall, you could get to the roof and do the same thing. Your teammates still had to run the strike up to the last room and trigger her. I used to love that stuff.

Than wtf do we fight in the prison of elders? There was one guy just named "The dark blade." Also I think the knight who shows up when you make a heroic witch's ritual is a dark blade as well.
