You might want to take a look at the Known Issues posts over in the Help section. There was an issue with some Ryzen hardware not working nicely with Destiny, so you may find the answer to your issue there. Sorry that you’re experiencing this.

Thank you Ninja Kitteh. Not a complete solution but its the best answer i have gotten so far and gives me a place to look. Really gonna upset me if i payed over a $1000 for new hardware that wont run my primary game. Thanks again
