Leave it as an auto rifle in the primary slot. Why? You won't find enough ammo if it was in the Heavy slot and you'll easily run out. It does need a damage boost but I don't think Rampage is the way to go. That requires you to kill ads over and over just to get some decent DPS on a boss. Instead they should introduce a new perk that would allow you to gain the equivalent of Rampage x2 but it would remain active so long as you don't reload.

Not enough. If all the ads were gone then there goes your DPS.

Power weapons are dps weapons not primary ones.

Ahem. Outbreak Prime.

Sweet business uses small caliber rounds just like an actual mini gun does. Although I will entertain your idea. Give it thermite tipped rounds so when it hits a target it weakens the area your repeatedly hitting by literally melting the spot so it glows orange. And after you are done firing there is a little flame that sits on the spot that you shot, stays for 10 seconds afterwards. And anyone else who shoots the spot you are hitting or were hitting can do more damage to the target. Stacks with other debuffs.

Great idea. A few things that could work, give it the same perk as super good advice from D1. High impact reserves ( could use a buff though)

Hm. Not a bad idea actually.
