Hello! Unfortunately, your options are limited. Just because you bought the game new, it's really not...new. Bungie doesn't replace expired codes.

Your best bet is to try to return the product to your retailer and ask for a refund. If they won't assist, there's not much you can do except for buying the content from your console's online store.
